What We Do & How We Do It
Our firm operates as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, and a Design Build Contractor, and have years of experience and satisfied customers in all types of contracts. We are able to operate in various contracts to meet the different needs of the owners we work for, and help them navigate through the various options and benefits of each type of contract. The construction phase of the project doesn’t change; we run every project the same way whether we self-perform the work or subcontract it out. We strive to deliver quality buildings every time.
Our organization is operated on the notion that there is no exception to quality. As a company there are steps we take to achieve this. From the start of a project it is important to assemble a team of quality subcontractors and suppliers to have a successful project. We pre-qualify any new subcontractor or supplier we haven’t done business with before, to make sure we can deliver a project to our expectation. We also employ a full time Superintendent to be the onsite manager of the project and is responsible for everything that happens. This also gives the owner someone to communicate with for any questions or concerns you may have on a day to day basis.

Execution is the most significant phase of any construction project. Our approach emphasizes top quality and experienced staff both on the physical job site and in key administrative positions capable of implementing the plan and managing the day-to-day operations. Our team structure makes way for senior, executive-level involvement, a dedicated project manager, and staff that includes superintendents, engineers, safety managers and any other specialists required to deliver on your expectations.
Excavation
We Have the Equipment and Operators to Do the Job.
Our range of services include site preparation, sewer and water installation, complete demolition and clean-up, underground utilities, storage tank removal, snow removal, and more. We have directional boring equipment, backhoes, loaders, motor grander, dump trucks, and other equipment, to take care of your needs.
SAFETY IS TOP PRIORITY
Safety on the Jobsite
We cannot stress enough the safety of our employees and all other personnel on our job sites. Safety is over and above all other job requirements. Our superintendents are trained to recognize and correct any weaknesses or violations. We conduct weekly safety meetings which all of our construction employees are required to attend, utilizing material prepared especially for our industry. We participate in the AGC Safety Awards Program.
