St. Catherine Hospital

Imaging Center
Built new 20,000 square ft. addition to the St. Catherine Hospital. This addition includes new cat-scan, MRI facility, and new x-ray rooms along with all of the support offices. This addition was built between the Hospital and the Surgery Center.

Outpatient Services Building
This is a 25,490 square ft. facility that houses all of the therapy and meeting rooms for the Hospital. The OSB is adjacent to the Imaging & Surgery Centers.

Garden Medical Clinic
Remodeled various departments and offices to meet Doctors' needs.

Architect Office Remodel
Added the outdoor courtyard and meeting room to an existing bank building and added office space for Gibson, Mancini, Carmichael, & Nelson.

Remodel of 2 Grocery Stores
We remodeled one vacant building for the school system. This building houses the administration for the district. The second building was turned into the city recreation facility.

Law Office
Remodeled an existing building into office space for Ward Loyd.

Precast Buildings
We erected 2 buildings of precast concrete. One is located in Dighton, KS and is the county shop and offices. The other is a truck wash located in Holcomb.


Schools
Garden City: a 10 room, $2.2 million addition to Florence Wilson Elementary School. Ulysses: an 11 room, 1.2 million addition to the High School.

Sublette Elementary School
New addition of 6 classrooms and remodel of existing school. This 14 month ($1.8 million) project was complete in January 2003.

Grandstands, Garden City
Built a 4,300 seat concrete grandstand facility at the Finney County Fairgrounds. This has meeting rooms and new restroom facilities. This was a $2.3 million contract.



Finney County Public Works
Located on South Main in Garden City and built 2003. Includes offices and lab for County Engineer. This was a $1.1 million contract.

Dental Clinic, Leoti, KS
A dental clinic was built in 2001 to meet the needs of a rural community. This was built with a federal grant and met all of their requirements.

Office Complex
An 11,500 square ft. multi-use facility was built on Mary Street (Labrador Plaza Office Complex). This can be expanded to 19,000 square feet if needed. See the Rentals page.

Work in Progress

Sublette High School
After completion of Sublette Elementary School the U.S.D 374 School board hired Dick Construction Inc. as Construction Manager for a $5.8 million addition and remodel to their High School. This work is in progress now and expected completion date is spring 2004.

St. Dominic Parish Addition
This is a $2.2 million, 25,000 Sq.Ft. facility and is a negotiated project that will be completed early 2004. It includes meeting rooms, offices, kitchen and child care facilities.

St. Dominic School
The remodeling of the existing Parish offices into class rooms will be completed for the 2003 fall semester and is a $230,000 contract.
